How to Drop Off Your Shoes

Follow these simple steps to send us your shoes for repair or customization:

1. Prepare your shoes: Clean them and remove any loose dirt or debris.
2. Use a carabiner: Clip your shoes together using one of our numbered carabiner clips located on the magnet on the inside of the box cover.
3. Note the carabiner number: This unique number helps us track your shoes throughout the process.
4. Place in dropbox: Drop your clipped shoes in our secure Pure Grip dropbox.
5. Fill out the form below: Please provide your contact details and information about your shoes. We will assess the required repair and contact you with a quote.
